2. Billing Policy

2.1. Billing - Subscription

  • Subscriptions are billed at the end of each month for the service used during that month.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
  • Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

2.2. Billing - One Time Payment / Pay-as-you-Go

  • One Time Payment / Pay-as-you-Go are billed instantly for the service used.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds - Subscription

  • Any payment can be refunded if requested within 7 days from the date of invoice.
  • This applies to cancellations of initial subscriptions, renewals, and upgrades.
  • Downgrades: Switching from a higher‑tier plan to a lower‑tier plan does not qualify for a refund of the price difference.
  • Account must not have violated our Terms.
  • Account must not have abused the Refund Policy.
  • Account terminated for violating our Terms or abuse of Refund Policy are not eligible for refunds.

3.2. Refunds - One Time Payment / Pay-as-you-Go

  • One Time Payment / Pay-as-you-Go are non-refundable.

After we issue the refund, it may take an additional 5‑10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
